Can I use traditional bank financing to purchase your properties?
The von Group's properties usually cannot be acquired through conventional bank financing because of the property's condition, the quick closing timeline, and the unique nature of the transaction. These properties must be bought either in cash or with financing tailored for renovation projects, like hard money loans or private lending. For financial options that are approved, please consult your local agent.
Can you use a rehab loan to purchase a property?

Does The von Group provide financing?
No, The von Group does not offer financing. However, we can swiftly connect you with our preferred lending partner, Longhorn Investments. Additionally, your TvG agent is available to assist you in choosing the most suitable lender for your investment plans.

Do I need a real estate agent involved to purchase your properties?
No, having a licensed agent is not a requirement to buy a property from us. One of our licensed professionals will guide you through our transaction procedure. Nonetheless, you have the option to engage a third-party agent for your representation (at your own expense) should you wish to.
