Most reps close their first deal by month 2-3. By month 6, strong performers are closing 2-3 deals monthly. By months 11-12, top performers should expect to close 3-5 deals per month. In year 2, those hitting metrics daily should expect 5-7 deals per month.

Door-to-door or sales background is a plus, but we'll teach you everything.
100% commission-based compensation.
You earn a percentage of every deal you close. The more deals you close in a month, the higher your commission rate on ALL deals that month. This rewards consistency and high performance.
Weekly commission payouts once deals close. We don't hold your money for 60 days like traditional brokerages.
