WEEK 1-2: FOUNDATION INTENSIVE

WEEK 5-6: GO TIME

  • Lead your own seller conversations independently

  • Submit your first offers
  • Close your first deal (this is the goal)

BEYOND TRAINING (ONGOING SUPPORT)

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: Role-play and skill development calls with Matthew
  • Mon-Fri: Sales training calls with Matthew

The Compensation Structure

100% commission-based compensation.

You earn a percentage of every deal you close. The more deals you close in a month, the higher your commission rate on ALL deals that month. This rewards consistency and high performance.

Weekly commission payouts once deals close. We don't hold your money for 60 days like traditional brokerages.
