Matthew's take: One of the biggest things to know about Atlanta is every single neighborhood is different. You could be on one street, and then go a block over and you're looking at completely different values. Personally I love Atlanta though. There is always something to do here, there's an abundance of parks, restaurants, bars, and entertainment spaces all over. However, the real estate market is not the same everywhere. Some parts of Atlanta are doing fantastic right now, houses are selling quickly. Some parts of Atlanta are struggling with an abundance of Active properties just sitting on the market. Many houses are struggling to sell, and even lowering their listing prices.

Katlynn's take: Our city is so rich in history and culture that you won't be able to find anywhere else. My favorite part of Atlanta is the Atlanta bungalow-style houses. There is something to be said about the architecture from the 1920s-1930s craftsmanship that is so beautiful and understated. For the tourists, Atlanta has the largest aquarium in the US, and the beluga whales are the best exhibit. Across the courtyard is the World of Coke. What a lot of people don't know is the Coca-Cola was founded here in Atlanta!
